2. No Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dogleg Live and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. User Responsibilities

5. Data & Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to operate the Service (name, email, handicap index, and tournament data). We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your data may be lost or corrupted; we recommend keeping your own records of important information.
